I ordered a pre-roll- the package was empty. They didn’t believe me.. they didn’t give me my money back. They didn’t give me an actual pre-roll that I paid for.. they believed the employees word over the customers word- when I am a loyal customer, and I come at least every four days because they are right down the street from me. I will never return . They just lost a good loyal customer.

I really like this place. It was recommended to me at a recent dental visit. The place runs so smoothly. Plenty of knowledgeable staff. Kiosks to order items or staff can order for you or you can visit the website and order. Orders come up super quickly. The place reminds me of an Apple Store. I really like going here as do others I have brought in. Thr place is super clean too.

Products are decent, but there always seems a problem with the staff when I go. In the past they have given me incorrect information, yelled at me for not knowing that the information posted online might not be accurate at the store, berate and condescend to me for asking questions, and most recently today, I was accused of conducting illegal activities in their parking lot... Last time I shop here.

Legit the worst dispensary in the area. The quality of the product, the availability, and especially the customer service. I have legitimately NEVER had worse service going anywhere else than I have here. Slow, rude...and I understand being able to smoke on the job is cool and all, but when it effects your ability to multitask and to serve each customer in a timely manner, without them having a 35 minute conversation about random life events, holding up the line for everyone else...or not even being able to realize it's taken them forever just to walk to the door to even check on product...then you really shouldnt be doing it! If you want amazing service and outstanding prices and product, take the trip out to Ascend in Newbedford where you can get Oz for $28 bucks or less. Ive gotten 7g's there for $20 ANDDDD ITS FIRE! Better than literally ANYTHING I've gotten in Plymouth.
